Return Policy
If you must cancel your order, call us at 1-800-759-8795. Because we customer-ordered the piece for you and cannot return it to the manufacturer, we must charge a cancellation fee equal to 25% of your order. This fee helps to defer the product cost and freight charges. Due to extremely high cost of shipping, we can only offer this guarantee to you at the time of your order’s delivery to you. If you decide to refuse the piece at the time of delivery, you must mark the driver’s paperwork accordingly.

Blinds
Blinds are custom ordered to the size and shape of your window so there are no returns allowed. If the blind is defective in any way we guarantee a replacement. You must notify us within 10 days of delivery of defective blinds.

Out of Stock
Although we are in constant contact with all of our manufacturers, there may be times when an item is simply out of stock. If that is the case with your order, one of us will contact you. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items.

Shipping and Delivery
We use a variety of different shipping services depending on the manufacturer and the size of the item shipped. Items shipped are typically delivered to your door and do not include in-home setup. If you are not home when your package arrives, the delivery service will leave a slip on your door detailing that company’s procedures for having your package re-delivered or picked up. When you receive the package please open immediately and check the goods received have arrived safely with no damage. You must inform the delivery person immediately of the damages and refuse the package.
Upon inspection of the item we will replace the item immediately. Please note that damaged goods can only be refused at the time of delivery.
